About The Wellbeing Insider
A place for thoughtful writing about food, movement, rest and the habits that fill our days. Less perfection, more curiosity about what makes everyday life feel good.

The Wellbeing Insider is a publication about the everyday side of feeling well: what happens around the kitchen table, on a familiar walk and in the quiet hour before bed. We are interested in the small details that broad advice tends to leave out.
There are already plenty of instructions for becoming a different person. Our starting point is a little closer to home. What do you enjoy? What feels unnecessarily complicated? What would you like to make room for?
Ordinary life is worth paying attention to
A lunch break can be a story. So can a friendship built around a weekly walk, the meal you always return to or the moment you decide an evening does not need another task. We want to give those experiences the same care as the bigger conversations around wellbeing.
Our pages bring together perspectives on mindful eating, daily habits, gentle movement and rest. The aim is readable, useful writing that leaves space for different bodies, different schedules and different ways of living.
An invitation, rather than another rulebook
You will find ideas to consider, questions to sit with and everyday rituals to adapt. Take what suits you and leave what does not. A beautifully organised morning is only useful if you actually want to wake up to it.
Above all, this is a place to approach wellbeing with a little more warmth. Life is already full of things to get right. Reading about it should leave you with some room to breathe.
